Diabetes UK have a free popular resource now available on their online shop to order and to download - giving you the information you need about type 1 and type 2 diabetes.

These Z fold leaflets have checklists for people to tick off the appointments and tests they've already had, and space to make notes on things they want to discuss with their healthcare team - available in versions for type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes.
