Darlington Adult Social Care – Information about Darlington Borough Councils Adult Social Care Department. The Department enables older people, carers, people with a physical, visual or hearing impairment, a learning disability or a mental health need to live as independently as possible in their local communities, help and support is available.

Care Quality Commission – The Care Quality Commission are the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England. They make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and they encourage care services to improve.

NHS England – The main aim of NHS England is to improve the health outcomes for people in England. Darlington Association on Disability - A Centre for Independent Living. Darlington Association on Disability offer support and services for disabled people, older people, people who have a learning difficulty or experience mental ill health. They can support people of all ages and impairments.  They exist to promote independence and choice.  They support disabled people and carers through the provision of services, support and information, and by tackling issues affecting disabled people both locally and nationally.

Darlington Community MSK Service - The service provided by Connect Health is for patients 18yrs and over. It is for people with Musculoskeletal conditions, including soft tissue, muscle, joint and ligament pain/injuries and also provides specialist Pain Management services. The Darlington Musculoskeletal service team includes specialist clinicians covering all Musculoskeletal specialist areas, who can provide a comprehensive assessment and a range of treatments and management plans. The Team are based at The Dolphin Centre (and Park Place for Pain Management).

Humankind - Humankind Charity offers services covering drugs and alcohol, clinical services, housing related support, housing, employment, training and education, health and well-being, children, young people and families, women, criminal justice and community and offender rehabilitation.

NHS Tees Valley CCG - Tees Valley Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) was formed on 1 April 2020 to bring together responsibilities for health services in the areas of Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland and Stockton on Tees.
