Access to Wheelchair Services - survey available now!
We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new survey, looking into access to Wheelchair Services.
We're taking a closer look at the challenges people face when accessing wheelchair services - e.g. ordering a new NHS wheelchair, repairs to NHS wheelchairs, etc.
We aim to:
- Engage with wheelchair users in Darlington who have faced significant delays.
- Understand the full impact of these delays on their lives.
- Gather detailed feedback to identify areas needing improvement.
- Advocate for faster, more effective processes by working closely with the NHS and local authorities.
