Daisy Chain have launched of their new service - My Life My Community.
Daisy Chain will be delivering accessible social groups for autistic and neurodivergent adults across the Tees Valley.
Their Darlington, Middlesbrough, Hartlepool, Stockton and Redcar & Cleveland groups are now open for expressions of interest!
