North Tees and Hartlepool and South Tees Hospital NHS Foundation Trusts working together - upcoming event (6 June) and a chance to share your views!

North Tees and Hartlepool and South Tees Hospital NHS Foundation Trusts have formally came together in partnership, creating an exciting opportunity for the two Trusts to work together to strengthen their collaborative offer of patient care.

Darlington residents are often invited to attend specialist appointments at James Cook Hospital, North Tees Hospital or many of the other Trust venues.  It is vital that local residents, professionals and representatives of organisations in town have a say on how the Trusts work together going forward.

You are invited to attend an event on 6th June in Stockton to chat with other people across the Trust boundaries and in nearby localities who attend none regular appointments not provided by their local hospital.  They will be asking people what is important to them going forward and discussing the pathways of care, along with transport and access to services.

To make sure future ways of working meet local needs they are seeking your views on what's important.

They would like your feedback on Hospital and Community Services that are provided by the NHS as part of the Group Model geography which is being developed. Group Model refers to the two Hospital Trusts working jointly together.

This could include care you have received on wards, in outpatient departments or in your own home, by Doctors, Nurses, (including District Nurses and Health Visitors) and other Health Care Professionals, such as Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists.
