Healthwatch Darlington Pandemic Experience Survey 2022
The pandemic has been a difficult time for all of us for many different reasons. Health and social care services have had to change the way they work and the support they offer the public. We have lost loved ones, had our families torn apart, struggled financially and emotionally and have had to shield from the outside world.
In 2020 we asked you about your lived experiences during the pandemic especially during lockdown. In 2021 we asked for your views and experiences of the vaccination programme and now it is important to understand how you feel about the vaccine booster programme and your general lived experiences now that restrictions are easing. Your experiences will provide us with a complete picture of the last 2 years of the pandemic.
The survey will take up to 15 minutes to complete. Your shared views and experiences will be anonymous and will help to shape the future of your health and care services locally in Darlington.
