Tandem - new pilot project - New Futures
Tandem (formerly Morrison Trust) are delivering a new pilot project – New Futures, until the end of September 2023.
They’re looking to support people who’ve been affected by Covid-19 and now looking for a career change.
Customers need to be:
- Over the age of 30 (or over the age of 25, if they have been looking after the home/family)
and
- Unemployed for 0-36 months, as a result of Covid-19 i.e. they were working before the pandemic but are now unemployed or have been made redundant
or
- Currently in employment and looking to change career due to employment being affected by Covid-19.
