TEWV are about to complete the Equality Delivery System 2 (EDS2) within the Trust which is a system that helps NHS organisations improve the services they provide for their local communities while meeting the requirements of the Equality Act 2010.

You can find out more about the EDS2 on the NHS England website here.

Session dates and times

Tuesday 21st September, 10am – 12pm or

Wednesday 29th September, 10am – 12pm.

Participants are only required to attend one consultation session.

Please email abigail.holder@nhs.net to confirm your place, a diary request together with the MS Teams link will then be sent out.

The consultation session will present the draft EDS2, the grading process and reason for the rating. The session will review 8 outcomes related to ‘Better health outcomes for all’ and ‘Improved patient access and experience’ and discuss the ratings in the draft to establish if they are accurate and reflective.

The consultation session will therefore enable them to discuss with attendees the reason for the rating given and understand if the self – assessment has been correctly rated based or if changes need to be made.
