The Bread and Butter Thing (TBBT) is starting at Skerne Park
The Bread & Butter Thing - a charity providing people and families with weekly groceries for less will be delivering to The Communtiy Centre, Coleridge Gardens, Skerne Park every Monday at 12 noon.
The Bread and Butter Thing makes life more affordable for people on a low income, builds stronger communities and reduces food waste using an innovative and self-sustaining approach to the redistribution of surplus food and non-food items.
Their long-term aim is to address the premiums that people in poverty pay for everyday essentials simply because of their personal circumstances.
