Darlington Maternity Voices in Partnership Group have produced a survey asking women about their pregnancy experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This survey is being carried out to help maternity services understand their experiences during this difficult time - all feedback received will remain anonymous.
Can you spare a few moments to take part? It's open to women across County Durham or Darlington and your views will be shared to help improve maternity services across the area.
