- We published six significant reports, including our most impactful Cost of Living Report, which shed light on the financial barriers affecting access to essential healthcare.
- Our advocacy efforts, based on these reports, have led to the implementation of more affordable care options and financial assistance programs.
Collaborative Efforts:
- Collaboration with local authorities and other Healthwatch organisations has been pivotal. Notably, our joint efforts with the Darlington Borough Council Public Health Team have enhanced diabetes care and awareness in our community.
- Our participation in regional networks has ensured that the voices of Darlington residents are heard at higher decision-making levels, influencing policies and programs.
Volunteer Contributions:
- Our dedicated volunteers, who contributed 465 hours of their time, have been instrumental in driving our initiatives forward and making a real difference in the community.
