Summary

Service users told us how they experienced difficulty accessing services they needed. We presented these findings to North East Commissioning Support (NECS).

  •  Consistency 

We conducted three focus groups and spoke to a mixture of service users. 

Often my comments on back/
neck pain were either ignored
or I was just prescribed pain
killers.
