If you're a professional who knows of an adult carer that could do with further support, making a referral for them couldn't be easier!
All you need to do is complete the referral form on their website: https://dccarers.org/make-a-referral/
Durham County Carers Support will contact the Carer to complete the process. Alternatively, call them on 0300 005 1213 to complete the referral over the telephone.
