North East NHS Independent Complaints Advocacy - Changes to the service
Please be advised ICA will no longer be delivering the service in Newcastle from 1st October.
This service is moving across to an Organisation called Your Voice Counts: they will deliver NHS complaints advocacy in Stockton from 1 October.
