Your help needed for ADHD workshop with NHS England
As part of collaborative work with NHS England's attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) programme team, Healthwatch England are looking for between 15 and 30 people with ADHD to participate in an online workshop.
The session takes place on 17 September, from 10.30am to 1.30pm, and participants will receive a £100 gift card for attending and completing the workshop.
Please share this recruitment questionnaire with any groups or individuals you think may be interested.
Eligible Healthwatch staff and volunteers are also welcome to sign-up as potential attendees.
