National Institute for Health and Care Excellence are pleased to announce the launch of their bursary scheme for national voluntary and community sector organisations and local Healthwatch for the NICE Conference 2025 which is taking place at the Hilton Hotel, Deansgate, Manchester on 27 March 2025.

About the conference

NICE is celebrating 25 years of independence, transparency and rigour which have earned it a globally respected reputation. The NICE Conference 2025 will explore our continued commitment to deliver relevant, timely and impactful guidance. The event brings together frontline staff and leaders from health and care together with the life sciences, healthtech and digital sectors, to explore how NICE continues to transform to meet the rapidly changing needs of the system.

NICE Conference 2025 packs 12 hours of content into just one day:

  • How is NICE maintaining its independence, transparency and rigour while also focusing on the relevance, timeliness, useability and impact of its products?
  • How NICE is helping practitioners and commissioners get the best care to people, fast, while ensuring value for the taxpayer.
  • What is the future of artificial intelligence in healthcare and what are the risks and benefits?
  • How is NICE collaborating with people, the NHS, industry and system partners to make the most of innovation while also ensuring an equitable approach to provision?
  • Practical advice on implementing NICE guidance for better outcomes and what success looks like in practice.
