Morrisons Foundation - Funding opportunity
As part of the celebrations of Morrisons turning 125 this year, the Morrisons Foundation is donating £1m across 125 local charities to improve community spaces and places. Each of their stores and sites gets to nominate one charity for consideration.
Here’s what they’re looking for:
They’re looking for a local charity which needs funding to improve or enhance a space or building they use. This could mean:
· renovation work of existing spaces
· creating new spaces
· new equipment to improve the services offered there.
The nomination must:
· Be for a registered charity (either with the Charity Commission or OSCR).
· Be for charity or project within our community
· Be for a specific project costing no more than £8,000.
· Be for a project that will be completed by the end of 2024
