Mobilise - new online support for unpaid carers
There is a new online service provided by Mobilise which is available to support unpaid carers in Darlington.
If you are looking after a family member, friend or neighbour, you can access a range of resources, including:
- An online network of people in similar situations
- Free support from a dedicated carers coach
- Online support sessions with others who are also caring
- Simple online tools to help at each stage of their caring journey

This is in addition to carers support services already commissioned from Darlington Carers Support and Family Action.
Mobilise has been commissioned regionally through Accelerating Reform Fund (ARF) monies from central government to look at innovative ways of providing support.
