Young Carers service - Important information regarding service changes, and recruitment in Darlington
There is an important upcoming change to Young Carers provision in Darlington.
From 1 April 2024, the Service which is currently provided by Humankind will be provided by Family Action, and they are working closely with them and Darlington Council, to ensure a smooth transition which will have as little impact on people receiving their support as possible.

As a result of this service change Family Action are currently recruiting for a Young Carers Practitioner
