Regional MECC Training Evaluation - Public/Professional Panel Request - recruiting staff/volunteers for interviews
If you are part of MECC NENC network, you'll probably be aware that a Train the Trainer (TtT) model has been adopted, whereby MECC training is delivered, with the expectation that those people will go on to deliver MECC training. However, it seems like training delivery often stops there, and is often not then being delivered to frontline staff.
They therefore want to investigate the reasons for this and how they can facilitate cascade of the training. As part of this project, they are recruiting staff/volunteers for interviews who would be eligible for MECC TtT training, and have either not attended or have completed it.
It is really important that they get representation from healthcare, the VCSE, fire/police services, and indeed anyone else who is eligible for MECC TtT training.
