Learning Curve Group - Invitation to Motivational Preparation College for Training (MPCT) Darlington Open Day - 11th August
They put their experience to work to help find the path that is right for their Learners, whether that’s in the Royal Navy, The British Army, The Royal Air Force and other uniformed public services. Their courses help equip their learners with skills not only for a job, but for life.
These courses include a Level 2 ETA Preparing for Military Service Qualification, Level 3 Uniformed Public Service qualification and Functional Skills in both maths and English. 50% of the curriculum is physical training based to prepare learners for the recruitment and selection process whilst supporting learners physical and mental wellbeing. Their courses are designed to support young people develop their mental resilience and confidence for the workplace and include activities such as fieldcraft, physical fitness, drill, first-aid, map reading, and many more.
They also offer financial support through their vulnerable and discretionary bursary. They also run a role on role of course where learners can join them at any time of the academic year.

They will be holding an open day at their newest location in Darlington on Friday 11th August 2023 at 1000hrs. As well as supporting young people 16-19 they now also support adults who are interested in joining the British Armed Forces in order to ensure they are fully prepared for the recruitment and selection process.
