Funding Opportunity - NHS Waiting Well Programme
Grants are available for charitable organisations who are receiving, or wishing to receive, referrals through the NHS Waiting Well Programme in County Durham and Tees Valley.
The funding aims to address the financial and cost of living issues experienced by patients who are waiting for planned surgery.
Please note – this fund is currently for organisations already connected with the NHS Waiting Well programme and receiving referrals. Please check the guidelines carefully before applying.
