Join Darlington Samaritans on the 'It's ok to Talk' 5K Fun Run on 26th April at 6pm at South Park, Darlington.
Darlington Samaritans branch continued through the pandemic to offer support by telephone and email, as part of a network to offer 24/7 cover. They're all unpaid volunteers, whether on the phones or as support workers. As their usual fundraising has been curtailed, they rely on kind donations and grants to keep them going. This Fun Run is a perfect opportunity to say thank you while supporting your own mental health by getting active around the beautiful South Park.
