Sherburn House Fund Individual Hardship (Relief in Need)
Funding is available to organisations who help individuals and families in financial hardship.
Managed by County Durham Community Foundation, applications are invited from case, support, and social workers, or other professionals working in related fields with clients who are experiencing extreme hardship and are in extreme social and financial need.
