St Teresa's Hospice - user involvement consultation
St Teresa's Hospice are having a consultation on Wednesday 15th February 2pm - 3pm, in order to get the thoughts and suggestions from users of St Teresa’s and those who have or are caring for someone who are on a Palliative Care Pathway.
This will be a user consultation on any positives or challenges of using, or getting information about the services St Teresa's provide.
