They deliver a range of training workshops, including:
- Hidden Sentence training: a full day workshop on the impact of imprisonment on prisoners families. (Places available on a virtual course, split over two sessions on 22 and 29 March 2023)
- Hidden Sentence awareness sessions (19 January or 7 March 2023): a 2.5 hour awareness session for anyone who would like a brief introduction to understanding the needs of children and families impacted by a relative's imprisonment and some information on where to access support and information.
- Listening support skills (27 February): a 2.5 hour workshop to assist frontline staff and volunteers refresh and improve their communication skills in order to offer a professional and supportive listening service.
- Care leaver awareness (30 January) : a 3 hour virtual session for those working with young people in both a community and custodial setting. The course explores what it means to be a care leaver and the potential issues faced by care experienced people. The course also gives awareness on the rights and entitlements of legal care leavers aged 18 to 25 years.
- Parental rights in prison training (8 February): a 2.5 hour awareness session for all those who may work with a family where a parent is in custody or is at risk of going to custody. It looks at the legalities of parental rights and the challenges and barriers prisoners face in exercising their parental rights and remaining an active parent.
