Cancer Quality of Life - patient sleep survey

The Northern Cancer Alliance (NCA) are carrying out a review of services that support patients struggling with sleep following a cancer diagnosis.

This is following the results of the national cancer patient Quality of Life (QoL) survey, which highlighted ‘sleep’ as a priority area for them to consider in terms of further support, or improving advice for cancer patients.

If you have cancer, or are recovering from cancer, and to help them with this work, please can you complete this short survey. They would very much like to know about your sleep following your diagnosis, and your experience with sleep services.

The survey is completely anonymous, and will help them to develop a plan to improve sleep services for people affected by cancer across the North East and North Cumbria.
