At the AGM members will be asked to agree the minutes from last year and review the accounts.

The Independent Trustees standing down at the AGM are:

The current Independent Trustees wishing to remain on the VONNE Board are:
- Steven Duckworth, Head of Quality, NHS
- Professor Edward Kunonga, Public Health Consultant, NHS
- Colin Hewitt, Ward Hadaway
No nominations for election to VONNE’s Board have been received.

VONNE Conference Networking Event
When: Wednesday 7th December 2022 - 4pm - 6pm
Venue: Womble Bond Dickinson, The Spark, Newcastle Helix
The event is an opportunity for our members to meet our team and for us to say thank you for allowing us to continue our work to strengthen and support the North East’s VCSE sector.
