Help our Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) to Shape the Future of Health & Care Services
Healthwatch Darlington are working with the NHS to improve the wellbeing of people in our area and across the region.
There is now an Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) that is an equal partnership between local councils and the NHS, which aims to join-up health and care across the North East and North Cumbria.
The ICP want to hear from you about what you think about the partnership’s vision, goals, and commitments. You don't have to read their draft strategy to take part, but you can share your views by completing a 10-minute survey before 25 November 2022.
