•             Include them in your email signature,

•             Add them to your social media profile,

•             Say both your name and your pronouns when introducing yourself in meetings.

Not everyone will feel comfortable sharing their pronouns publicly, and that’s okay! Nobody should be forced to share their pronouns, but we can encourage those who are comfortable to do so. 

Sharing pronouns can be really easy for some people but will be challenging for others. By having conversations about pronouns and routinely sharing them, it can become much easier for gender diverse people to share their own so that everyone is addressed properly and feels supported.
