North East & North Cumbria Staff Wellbeing Hub - Therapeutic Horticulture for health and care staff
In partnership with the hub, Serenity Social and Therapeutic Horticulture are offering a free session to health and care staff who have worked throughout the pandemic to have some time to reflect in a safe and peaceful environment.
Serenity Social and Therapeutic Horticulture are a charity founded by Dr Satinder, an experienced GP who understands first-hand the challenges of this year and the importance of looking after your own mental health and wellbeing.
The offer is open to individuals and whole teams.
The session will include gardening, Tai Chi and elements of nature combined with mindfulness.
When: Friday 10th September 2021.
Where: Killerby village, County Durham, DL2 3UH.
