Carer's online open day - Thursday 19th August 2021
Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust are inviting you to join other local carers online at their carers’ online open day taking place on Thursday 19th August from 9am to 3pm.
It is a free, online event about being a carer as well as what they collectively want for carers in the future. As well as this, the event will include information for carers, including:
- About their carers charter
- About co-creation and their carers working group
- Information about running a carer support group
- Wellbeing hub information
- Why support for unpaid family carers is important
- Group sessions
