Speech & Language Therapy Service - Darlington
Tees Valley Clinical Commissioning Group are carrying out a survey to review the Speech & Language Therapy Service that is offered across Darlington, provided by Co Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust.
They would appreciate you taking the time to answer some questions regarding the service and your experiences to ensure that it is meeting the needs of children, young people and families with a speech, language, and communication difficulties.
