Kooth May Update
As lockdown restrictions begin to be lifted a little more with the next changes planned for 17th May, Kooth are still there to support the wellbeing of the nation.
Kooth is available to all young people aged between 11 and 18 across Darlington, it is accessible from any internet device. Once registered a young person will have access to support and advice on their emotional wellbeing and mental health. This is provided through self-help resources, peer to peer and professional support.
