Darlington Mind - Lose The Blues
Lose The Blues is an event with Darlington Mind's DeCaf and North Yorkshire Sport which challenges people to run or walk during the month of January to improve their mental and physical health.
The event is to get people to care about their mental health by taking care of their physical health, as well as raising awareness for Mental Health. In January, they're inviting you to walk or run as many miles as you feel comfortable with, with (ideally) the minimum of once per week.
