Age UK North Yorkshire & Darlington Online Groups and Resources
As national restrictions come into place we find ourselves at home more than ever and as we reduce our day-to-day contact with others we could all start to feel isolated, bored, lonely, anxious and stressed. To combat this Age UK North Yorkshire & Darlington have compiled some online resources that they hope you will find helpful over the coming weeks.
Online Knit & Natter
They have an online Knit & Natter group that meets online using Zoom every Tuesday between 2.00pm-3.00pm. This is an opportunity to socialise and meet new people online. The topics of conversation vary so you don't need to be an expert in knitting to take part. Come along for a chat!

The twelve songs gradually demand greater breath control and vocal stamina, and lyrics appear on screen. The singers you see and hear all belong to singing for health groups. Many live with long term health conditions, and they use singing as part of their self-management, as well as enjoying the social benefits.
