Important messages which could help to protect pregnant women from BAME communities during the COVID-19 pandemic

The Regional Refugee Forum North East, along with the Local Maternity Systems in Northern England, have worked together to develop a new suite of online videos aimed at pregnant women from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities.

The videos are available in 8 languages Albanian, Amharic, Arabic, Farsi, French, Swahili, Tamil and Urdu and have been translated using text and spoken word by volunteers from Refugee led Community Organisations working across the North East of England.
