Unforgettable Experiences - Now taking referrals!
Unforgettable Experiences provide older people, their families and carers with access to arts, culture, heritage and sport to improve health and wellbeing, delay dementia, reduce isolation and improve quality of life.
Unforgettable Experiences would like to encourage referrals to provide support to older people who have been diagnosed with mild to moderate dementia or mild cognitive impairment, who have a willingness to learn and who would benefit from Unforgettable Experiences services.
Unforgettable Experiences are hoping to launch the first digital sessions week commencing Monday 28th September and are keen to get started as soon as possible.
