County Durham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) - The Happiness Hubs Fund, grant scheme available
County Durham CCG are welcoming applications from Voluntary and Community organisations operating in County Durham and Darlington for those who wish to deliver community based activity in local settings.
The aim of these grants is to provide local community organisations with the financial tools to deliver activities that will promote good mental health and enable residents to live a happier, healthier and safer life.
Grants of between £500 - £5,000 are available and the implement of projects should be completed within 12 months.
The closing date for applications is Midnight, Sunday 20th September 2020.
