How is the COVID-19 pandemic affecting people from LGBTQ+ communities?
A new blog published by Health and Wellbeing Alliance partners National Voices and written by Harri Weeks from the National LGBTQ+ Partnership looks at the impact of Covid-19 on LGBTQ+ communities.
LGBTQ+ people are at greater risk from both the virus and the impact of the lockdown, and also because health sector responses often do not specifically target the cause and impact of health inequalities.
