Community Peer Mentor Project
The community peer mentors WILL continue to take referrals for anyone who is in high demand on front line policing or other services.
Anyone you feel needs additional support, or who you consider to be vulnerable or isolated and affected by any significant life changing event, being victims of crime, anti-social behaviour, neighbour disputes; whether perceived or real.
They cover the whole of County Durham and Darlington; the person must be over 18 and in the current situation a verbal confirmation they wish to engage will suffice; there are NO referral forms just email the basic details to Community.PeerMentors@durham.pnn.police.uk or James Cunningham at James.Cunningham@durham.pcc.pnn.gov.uk and they will sort it out from there.
