Coming soon to a town centre venue...Wellbeing for carers.
Do you care for someone who struggles with their mental health?
Do you live with some who is mentally unwell?
Do you feel like you're relied on heavily, yet there's no one looking out for you?
Well, Relax Kids are developing a wellbeing for carers package to run over a few weeks on a Friday morning in the town centre. Bookings for this will be opening very soon, but for now you can register your interest by sending an email - quoting Wellbeing for carers HW Darlington or sending a message on Facebook.
This will cover those who live with or care for a child or adult suffering from a mental health issue in the first instance, but will open up to all carers at a later date.
