Sensory Impairment drop-in Clinic - Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys

TEWV want to let you know about the activities they have arranged for the next Sensory Drop in on Friday 3rd February ( this Friday) 10am to 12 noon at the Live Well Centre in Middlesbrough.

These activities are:

  • Nuvo Wellbeing will be delivering a really fun seated dance and exercise session to help with weight loss, improve fitness and improve coordination
  • Middlesbrough Environment City  will be visiting to talk about the work they do in Middlesbrough.
